Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Arcanovm Editorial S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Arcanovm", "we") treats the limited personal data it may receive through the website arcanovm.com. It is written to be read by a human, not only by a lawyer, and it is aligned with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its reforms in force in 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Arcanovm Editorial S. de R.L. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Piso 21, Col. Juárez, Ciudad de México, México. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@arcanovm.com.
2. What data we may collect
We only collect the data you deliberately provide through the contact form on this website (your name, email address and the content of your message), plus limited technical data linked to your browsing session (device type, general region, referring page) when you allow it via the cookie banner.
3. Why we process your data
Your messages are used to respond to your editorial questions and to keep an internal record of the type of feedback readers send. Technical data is used to measure — always in aggregated form — which sections of the website are more useful, so that we can improve them.
4. Legal basis in the 2026 framework
Processing is based on your explicit consent, expressed either by submitting the form or by accepting non-essential cookies. Consent can be revoked at any moment without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
5. Who can access your data
Only the editorial team of Arcanovm and, where strictly necessary, the technology providers that host our infrastructure under written confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising outside of the parameters allowed by Google Consent Mode v2 when you actively enable them.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers operate servers outside of Mexico. In every case we require them to keep a protection level equivalent to the one required by the Mexican legal framework.
7. Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. Analytics data is stored in aggregated form and does not allow re-identification of a specific reader.
8. Your ARCO+ rights
You can request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of your personal data, as well as the portability and the objection to automated decisions when applicable. Write to privacy@arcanovm.com with a description of your request and we will answer within 20 business days.
9. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypted transport, restricted internal access and periodic reviews of our providers.
10. Updates
This Privacy Policy can be updated to reflect legal changes or new features of the website. The date at the top of this page always shows the version currently in force.
